So that should drop this month and then the SEC Form 10, IMO. I till think the SEC Form 10 will drop this year.

That would clear the SEC 60 day period, and have us current and OTC reporting in rally season early next year, with news, and merger plans updated.

Yes. They made it perfectly clear months ago, that there would be no updates on Lionsgate etc, or the SAPX merger until after SAPX was SEC audited and SEC registered and SEC reporting as that was requirement for the merger.

SAPX announced at least 2 pending mergers a year or more ago. IMO multiple small mergers are planned.
