Swedish tool maker Seco Tools AB (SECO-B.SK) said Monday Peter Damberg, Senior Vice President for human resources, and member of the group management team, will assume the position as vice president for human resources at Sandvik Venture, a business area of Sandvik AB (SAND.SK).

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-Damberg will remain in his current position until the end of March.

-He assumes his position at April 16.

-Sandvik announced a takeover offer for Seco Tools on November 7, 2011, and on Monday it said it now holds approximately 98.7% of the shares and 99.6%.
