STOCKHOLM--Swedish engineering group Sandvik AB (SAND.SK) Tuesday said Jonas Gustavsson has been appointed head of its tooling unit Sandvik Machining Solutions as of Feb. 1 as the unit's current president is to leave; Petra Einarsson will take over Mr. Gustavsson's current job as head of its special steels business Sandvik Materials Technology.

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-Mr. Gustavsson, who has been with Sandvik since 2008, succeeds Andreas Evertz who will leave after five years at the company.

-Ms. Einarsson is currently head of the tube products at Sandvik Materials Technology and has worked for the company for 22 years.

-Shares Monday closed at SEK106.10.
