Southern ITS International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SITS) announced today that the Company has completed the final phase of restructuring by changing its trading symbol to SITS and effectuating a forward 2-for-1 split of its common stock. In addition, the Company intends to pursue its plan to become a fully-reporting Company and potentially being listed on the OTCQB.
