(PINKSHEETS: SMVI) announced that it has renewed its online banner promotion for its social networking site for pet enthusiasts, PetsPlaces.com (www.petsplaces.com ) with YourNetPlus.com. Banner advertising for PetsPlaces.com will be featured on over two hundred active web portals in the United States, which is hosted by YourNetPlus.com. The Agreement states the PetsPlaces banner will be shown on these portals for the next twelve months.

This marketing campaign is the result of an agreement between Social Media Ventures, Inc. and YourNetPlus.com.
