Sunnylife Global Accepts Bioceuticals, Inc. Withdrawal From Memorandum of Understanding to Merge

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunnylife Global,
Inc. (OTC:SNYL) announced today it has accepted a notice of
withdrawal by Bioceuticals, Inc. from the Memorandum of
Understanding signed in October 2005. In a letter received by
Sunnylife Global the principals of Bioceuticals said that, although
the proposal for merger by Sunnylife provided them a strong
business opportunity, the joint venture is premature in their
business plan. "We are hopeful that Bioceuticals will be in a
position in the not too distant future to again consider a business
alliance with Sunnylife," said Richard Lo, Chairman. About
Sunnylife Global, Inc. Sunnylife Global, Inc. has developed a
Health Care Management System (HCMS) in conjunction with the
Chinese Government Authorities that will result in delivering
