Boeing signed a contract extension with Thyssenkrupp's aerospace business to continue their partnership spanning supply-chain management services, the provision of raw materials, and other services.

The German company said Thursday that it would continue to operate multiple facilities across North America to provide raw materials and other services to Boeing and its subcontractors under their partnership that dates back to 1998.

Thyssenkrupp Aerospace oversees the material management for Boeing for the supply of aluminum flat and extrusion products and titanium.
