Bollore Exercises 21.4 Million Options on Vivendi Shares

Bollore SA (BOL.FR) said on Friday that it has exercised 21.4
million options on Vivendi shares at an average price of 16.57
euros ($20.60), accounting for a total value of EUR354 million.
The company said the exercised shares represent 1.7% of
Vivendi's share capital.
After the operation, Bollore still holds 13.3 million call
options on Vivendi shares, exercisable at any time at an average
price of EUR21.10 until June 25, 2019.
Bollore said its stake in Vivendi remains unchanged.
