The Registrant has encountered a delay in assembling and finalizing the financial information for the year ended December 31, 2021. Certain of data generated by third parties was delayed. Accordingly, the timely filing of the Form 10-K has become impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the Registrant. The Company undertakes the responsibility to file such report no later than fifteen days after its original prescribed due date.

The Registrant expects to report revenues of approximately $78.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2021 as compared to revenues of $4,508,703 for the year ended December 31, 2020. The Registrant expects that it will report a net income of approximately $400,000 for the year ended December 31, 2021 as compared to a net loss of $386,827 for the year ended December 31, 2020.
