NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF DIGITAL 9 INFRASTRUCTURE PLC'S ACQUISITION OF STAKE IN ARQIVA

The following is a notice to the holders of the 2018 Notes (as defined below) issued by the Issuer.

The Issuer wishes to give notice to the holders of the GBP625,000,000 6.75% Notes due September 2023 (ISIN: XS1879638697 & Common Code: 187963869) (the 2018 Notes)

Arqiva Group Limited ("Arqiva"), the leading UK communications infrastructure company, today announces that Digital 9 Infrastructure plc's acquisition of, indirectly, 48.02% of the issued share capital of Arqiva Broadcast Parent Limited (the Parent Guarantor in respect of the 2018 Notes), measured by number of shares, which was first announced on 27 June 2022, has completed.

The stake was acquired from Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments(TM)). CPP Investments first acquired a stake in Arqiva in 2009.
