Final Terms dated 1 April 2022 relating to the EUR1,250,000,000 Fixed Rate Regulation S Covered Bonds Series 2022-C2 due 2027 issued by Westpac Banking Corporation under its U.S.$40 billion Global Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by BNY Trust Company of Australia Limited as trustee of the Westpac Covered Bond Trust.
