Cater Allen Equity Growth Fund Limited

As a result of a change in control of the Management Company, Cater Allen 
Investment Management (C.I.) Limited was renamed Close Asset Management Jersey 
Limited with effect from Friday 17th August 2001.

The Administrator to the Company, Cater Allen Trust Company (Jersey) Limited, 
has retired and been replaced by R & H Fund Services (Jersey) Limited with 
effect from Monday 3rd September 2001.

Mr J.D. Crowther retired as a Director of the Company, and Mr N. Hall, Managing 
Director, Close Asset Management Jersey Limited, was appointed a Director of the
Company with effect from Monday 1st October 2001.

By Special Resolution of the shareholders, the Company was renamed Close 
Finsbury International Equity Growth Fund Limited with effect from Monday 1st 
October 2001.

At a Board of Directors Meeting dated Monday 1st October 2001 it was resolved to
delist the Company from the London Stock Exchange.
