Following the announcement on 4 November 2019 that Yarlington Housing Group has become a subsidiary of Radian Group Limited. Radian Capital Plc and Yarlington Treasury Services Plc will be hosting investor meetings on 12(th) and 13(th) February 2020. Investors will be updated generally at the meeting and a sale of the Issuer's existing retained bonds may follow.
