The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 9 June 2022 in respect of an issue of EUR500,000,000 3.250 per cent. Notes due 2032 (the Notes).

The Notes are issued under the EUR3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Urenco Finance N.V. as Issuer and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed on a joint and several basis by Urenco Limited, Urenco UK Limited, Urenco Nederland B.V., Urenco Deutschland GmbH and Louisiana Energy Services, LLC.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2022 (the Base Prospectus). Full information on Urenco Finance N.V., and in respect of the offer of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Base Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the Notes.
