NOTICE OF LATE FILING OF HALF YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT

The Coventry and Rugby Hospital Company Plc the ("Issuer") announces that there will be a delay to the delivery of its half-yearly financial reports for the six-month period ended 30 June 2023. The half-yearly report has not been filed with the London Stock Exchange within the timeline prescribed by the DTR Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 4.2.2).

As reported in RNS 4234E there has been a delay to the delivery of the Issuer's audited financial report for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "Audited Report") due to additional field work requirements by the Issuer's auditor. The Issuer is unable to finalise its half-yearly financial report until the Audited Report has been finalised. The Issuer will release its half-yearly financial report as soon as available.
