SIGNUM FINANCE II PLC SERIES 2012-03 XS0868105494 FOR ONWARD DELIVERY TO THE NOTEHOLDER VIA CLEARING SYSTEMS

Signum Finance II PLC Series 2012-03 USD 50,000,000 Notes Linked to Obligations Assimilables du Trésor due 2041 (ISIN: XS0868105494) (the "Notes")

Terms not otherwise defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Conditions in respect of the Notes as described in the drawdown deed dated 20 December 2012 in respect of the Notes, as may be amended from time to time (the "Drawdown Deed").

In accordance with Paragraph 5(c) (Issuer Call Option) of the Additional Conditions, the Issuer hereby notifies its intention to redeem the Notes pursuant to an Issuer Call Option on the Call Redemption Date of 25 April 2019. Each Note will be redeemed at an amount equal to $262,094.43 based on the Accreted Principal Amount equal to USD 65,523,607.56.
