bLEND Funding plc (Blend) is pleased to announce the addition of two new borrowers to the pool of Housing Association borrowers. Details of all borrowers are set out on the Blend website https://blendfundingplc.com/ .

The new borrowers are ForHousing Limited and Worthing Homes Limited. A third new borrower in the pipeline is well advanced and is expected to join the pool shortly.

Blend has mandated HSBC and Lloyds as Joint Active Bookrunners to market a potential GBP100m+, 35 year, senior, secured series under the EMTN Programme, subject to market conditions. Proceeds will be on-lent to up to three of the new borrowers.

The bonds are expected to be rated A2 by Moody's and the issuance will be in line with Blend's Social Bond Framework, which is aligned to the ICMA Social Bond Principles, and can be found at https://blendfundingplc.com/investor-relations/esg/ .
