The Board of Emirates Strategic Investments Company - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. (the "Company") is pleased to release the consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2021.

HIGHLIGHTS

-- Major revenue stream comprised of rental income, dividend income and share of profit from the joint ventures amounting to AED 244.06 million, AED 147.12 million and AED 169.17 million respectively for the year ended 31 December 2021.

   --    Profit for the year ended 31 December 2021 amounted to AED 235.211 million. 
   --    As of 31 December 2021, the Company's total equity was AED 9,017 million. 
   --    Financial Summary for the reported year is as follows:
