CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF GBP250,000,000 2.500% GUARANTEED BOND DUE 2024 ("THE BOND")

Further to the announcement made on 3 January 2023 regarding the delayed publication of the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended 3 July 2022 (the "FY22 Results"), Go-Ahead expects to publish the FY22 Results during February 2023 and, until then, the Bond's listing on the Official List of the FCA will continue to be suspended temporarily.
