The Conversion Price of the above Convertible Bonds issued on May 13, 2004 was 
adjusted as below.

Conversion Price after adjustment    JPY511.3 
2.   Effective date 
September 30, 2010 
3.   Reason for adjustment 
The Conversion Price has been adjusted in accordance with the terms and 
condition of the Convertible Bonds and the Trust Deed dated May 13, 2004 due to 
the issuance of new shares of the Company on September 15 and 28, 2010 and of 
the stock option of the Company on September 30, 2010.
