Telstra announces AUD 650 million bond issue

Telstra Group Limited (Telstra) today priced its first bond issue since its corporate restructure, an AUD 650 million bond issue (the Notes) under its Debt Issuance Program Offering Circular dated 23 February 2023. The Notes have a coupon of 4.90% and mature on 8 March 2028.

Telstra will use the proceeds from the Notes for general corporate purposes.

The advice is also provided for the information of Telstra Corporation Limited noteholders.
