Telstra will not appeal Australian Competition Tribunal determination

In accordance with the Listing Rules, the following statement by Telstra Group Limited is provided for the information of Telstra Corporation Limited noteholders.

On 21 June 2023 the Australian Competition Tribunal decided not to grant authorisation for the proposed regional spectrum authorisation arrangements between Telstra and TPG Telecom Limited, which formed part of a proposed Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN) agreement. Telstra has now considered the judgement and will not be appealing the decision.
