NOTICE OF MAKE WHOLE AMOUNT

1. Reference is made to: (a) the US$74,399,154 3.215% Guaranteed Notes Due 2021 guaranteed by Her Britannic Majesty's Secretary Of State acting by the Export Credits Guarantee Department issued by ALS 3 Limited (the Notes) constituted in relation to the Trust Deed dated 24 September 2010 between the Issuer, Deutsche Trustee Company Limited and AerCap Holdings N.V. (the Trust Deed); and (b) the Call Notice issued by ALS 3 Limited pursuant to the Notes on 11 October 2019.

2. Unless otherwise defined in this notice, or the context requires otherwise, terms used in this notice shall have the meanings given to them in the Trust Deed.

3. We hereby notify you that, in connection with the redemption of all outstanding Notes early and in whole at their principal amount outstanding on 28 October 2019, the Make Whole Amount referred to in the Call Notice has been calculated by us (in our capacity as Calculation Agent) in accordance with Condition 4(g) of the Notes and the aggregate Make Whole Amount for all of the Notes is US$275,981.10.

4. A copy of this Notice has been provided to the Issuer, the Trustee, the Principal Paying Agent and the Guarantor.

This notice is given by Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in its capacity as Calculation Agent.
