Following shareholder approval dated 2 May 2019, certain
amendments have been made to the articles of continuation of HSBC
Bank Middle East Limited ("HBME") to reflect: (a) the issued share
capital and varied terms on which the preference shares have been
issued; (b) the terms on which future share issuances might be
made; and (c) certain amendments required pursuant to the DIFC
Companies Law No. 5 of 2018.
A copy of the revised articles of continuation of HBME are
available for inspection at the head office of HBME at Level 1,
Building No.8, Gate Village, Dubai International Financial Centre,
P.O. Box 502601, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
