The directors of Abbeycrest plc announce that the Company was today notified by 
Gartmore Investment Limited that on 20 November 2009, Gartmore Fledgling Trust 
plc ("Gartmore FT") acquired 1,400,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the 
share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, 
Gartmore FT is now the beneficial owner of 8,150,000 Ordinary Shares, 
representing 11.08% of the Company's total voting rights of 73,548,641.
