Update on admission of new ordinary
shares
Following the passing of the Resolutions, the Company advises
that Admission of 715,384,615 New Ordinary Shares; will occur on
1 September 2017 at 8.00 a.m.
For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the
total number of voting rights in the Company with effect from
1 September 2017 will be
4,708,552,590.
This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
