    AsianLogic Limited ("AsianLogic" or the "Company") 

Transaction in own Shares

    AsianLogic, a diversified Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company, announces that on 23 December 2008 it purchased 12,435,569
ordinary shares for 20.5p per share representing 12.2 per cent. of the Company's shares in issue. The purchased shares will all be held as
treasury shares.  

    The buyback of shares was carried out in accordance with the Company's share repurchase plan announced to the market on 10 December
2008. 

    Following the aforementioned purchase of shares, the Company holds 20,706,569 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of
ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 89,549,181.
