The final terms dated 11 July 2024 (the "Final Terms") have been prepared under the current Base Prospectus dated 25 July 2023 as so supplemented (the "2023 Base Prospectus") in relation to the non-exempted offer of notes with ISIN XS2736679205 series n°51 tranche n°1 (the "Notes") to be issued by Natixis Structured Issuance SA and guaranteed by NATIXIS under an updated base prospectus (the "2024 Base Prospectus") that will replace the 2023 Base Prospectus. The Notes will be subject to admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, on or around 9 September 2024 (the "Issue Date") following the end of the offer period and determination of the amount to be issued.
