                       Notification of Dividend Timetable


In addition to the results announced on 4 April 2007, the Company is pleased to
announce that, subject to the Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 2.0
cents per share will be paid by the Company (the "Dividend").  The ex-dividend
date in relation to the Dividend will be 2 May 2007 and the associated record
date will be 4 May 2007.  The Company proposes to pay the dividend within 20
business days of 4 May 2007.
