Update on trading

The Directors of Asia Capital plc note that trading in the Company's shares will
be suspended with effect from 7:15am today.

The Company has been looking for suitable acquisition opportunities but has so
far not been able to successfully complete any such opportunities. The Company
will continue to seek acquisition opportunities that it can put to shareholders
for their approval.

The board hope to be in a position to update shareholders regarding a suitable
acquisition within the next 6 months.
