The Board of Evolve notes the announcement released earlier today by Astaire 
Group PLC ("Astaire") providing an update on Astaire's negotiations on a change 
in ownership and management control of Rowan Dartington Limited, Astaire's 
private client wealth management division. 
 
Evolve has a 53.6 per cent. interest in the issued share capital of Astaire.

Further to the strategic update announcement made on 31 August 2010 and the sale 
of Astaire Securities announced on 15th October 2010, Astaire Group PLC can 
confirm that its negotiations regarding a change in ownership and management 
control of Rowan Dartington Limited, its private client wealth management 
division and its principal remaining operating asset, are at an advanced stage. 
Any such change of control will be subject to shareholder and regulatory 
approvals. 
 
 The Board of Rowan Dartington welcomes the potential change in ownership 
and believes it will enable the company to continue its growth and 
transformation. 
 
 James Hutson, the current CIO, has taken the decision to leave the company 
prior to completion of the transaction. No further changes to the management 
team are expected prior to the transaction being completed.
