HOLDING IN COMPANY

Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 19 February 2008 from Mrs Sally
James that, following the purchase of 1,300,000 ordinary shares she now holds
21,800,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 5.24 per
cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company is 415,666,665 ordinary shares of 0.5
pence per share.
