Bema Gold Corporation ("the Company")



The Company was informed on 25 May 2006 that Thomas Allen, a director of the
Company, exercised options over 65,000 common shares in the Company at a price
of CAD$0.31 per share. Following this exercise, Mr Allen disposed of 40,000
common shares in the Company on 24 and 25 May 2006, at prices between CAD$5.18
and CAD$5.50. As a result, Mr Allen's total holding now stands at 35,000 common
shares in the Company.
