Savings Related Share Option Scheme - Grant of Options
The following options over BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of
29(16/21) pence each were granted on 27 September 2019 to the
directors listed below under the Company's Savings Related Share
Option Scheme.

The options were granted at an option price of GBP2.57 per
share. In accordance with the Scheme Rules these options will
become exercisable from 1 December 2022.
