BOARD APPOINTMENT

Bradstock is pleased to announce the appointment of David Morgan to the board as
a non-executive director, with immediate effect.

David, age 59, qualified as a solicitor in the City in 1970 and subsequently
spent his career in the insurance industry, most notably from 1989 until 1996
when he was Company Secretary of Royal Insurance and from 1996 until 2001 when
he was legal director of the UK operations of Royal & Sun Alliance with
responsibility for legal & compliance matters.

Chairman, Nick Bryce-Smith stated

"David's extensive experience of legal and compliance matters will considerably
strengthen the board particularly in relation to the regulatory changes that are
planned for the industry".
