Notice of change of interest of substantial holder

The Company has today been notified of a change in the interests of Norton Gold Fields Limited ("Norton") in the Company in relation to its off-market takeover offer to acquire all the ordinary shares in the Company and shares purchased by Norton on-market. The Company has been informed that Norton has a voting power of 291,429,220 shares, representing 83.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
