DORADA CORPORATION

On 12th February 2008 Citibank, N.A. signed a Ratings Support Facility with
Dorada Corporation ("Dorada"). As a result, Moody's has confirmed the existing
top ratings on Dorada's senior debt.

The support facility is structured as a commitment to provide mezzanine finance
to Dorada in the event that the market value of its existing capital approaches
zero. The commitment at the inception of the facility was USD 495 million.
