The unaudited net asset value per B Share as at the close of business on 25 March 2011 was 93.66p, all of which was represented by cash and cash equivalents*. The net asset value includes current financial year revenue items.

The above net asset value calculation has been based on 418,858 B Shares in issue.

* Cash and cash equivalents includes proceeds from sales for future settlement at the above date.

D Share

The unaudited net asset value per D Share at the close of business on 25 March 2011 was 90.78p. The net asset value includes current financial year revenue items. The investments in the D Class Fund have been valued on a bid price basis and 16,424,372 D Shares used in the above calculations.
