Bulgarian Land Development Plc, the AIM listed Bulgarian residential and 
commercial development company, received notification on 12 May 2009 that AG 
Capital Management Limited, a company controlled by Christo Iliev (an executive 
director of the Company), bought a total of 375,000 ordinary shares at an 
average price 26p per share on 11 May 2009. 
 
 
The beneficial interest of Christo Iliev (including such interests of persons 
deemed to be connected to him) following this transaction is 10,559,988 ordinary 
shares representing c.26.40% of the total issued share capital of the Company 
(of which ordinary shares 1,425,000 are held directly by Christo Iliev and 
9,134,988 are held by AG Capital Management Limited).
