   Further to the completion of the voluntary tender offer by Spike 
Exploration AS to acquire all outstanding shares in the Company and its 
intended delisting from the Oslo Børs and AIM, the Company has 
decided to postpone the date for publication of its financial results 
for the 3 months ended 30 September 2013 to 30 November 2013. However, 
if Bridge Energy ASA is delisted from Oslo Stock Exchange prior to 30 
November 2013, no financial results for third quarter 2013 will be 
published.
