                                  ACQUISITION

On 6 June 2007 the Company sent a circular to shareholders detailing a placing,
share capital reorganisation, change of name and notice of EGM. This circular
also contained details of the acquisition of Gasignition limited. In the
circular the following statement was made:

"the directors of Gasignition are anticipating turnover of the business in the
next full year to 31 December 2007 to be about #360,000 and would expect it to
contribute about #120,000 to the Group's profit before tax"

The announcement made on the same day did not include the statement above.
However, the Directors would like to make clear that the statement should have
stated:

"the directors of Gasignition are anticipating turnover of the business in the
next full year to 31 December 2008 to be about #360,000 and would expect it to
contribute about #120,000 to the Operating Profit"
