Notice of Annual General Meeting 
Carador plc (the "Company") announces that it has today posted to shareholders 
of the Company a circular and notice of an annual general meeting (the "AGM") to 
be held at 10.00 a.m. on 30 June 2010 (the "Circular"). 
The business of the AGM will be to receive the annual report and accounts of the 
Company and to conduct other ordinary and special business of the Company as set 
out in the Circular. The special business that the Board proposes is as follows: 
·     the change of name of the Company to Carador Income Fund plc; 
 
·     to amend the Articles of Association to change the distribution policy of 
the Company to permit distributions to be made out of net capital gains; 
 
·     to amend the Articles of Association to adopt pre-emption rights for 
Shareholders in accordance with the requirements of the UKLA.  It is also 
separately proposed that these rights be disapplied in relation to 200 million 
Shares for a period concluding the earlier of immediately prior to the AGM of 
the Company to be held in 2011 or 31 December 2011; and 
 
·     to amend the Articles of Association to introduce the ability of the 
Company to charge fees and expenses to capital. 
Further details of these proposals are set out in the Circular, an electronic 
copy of which will be available on the Company's website, www.carador.co.uk, 
later today. An electronic copy of the annual report and accounts of the Company 
is also available on the Company's website. 
The Company's AGM will be held at George's Court, 54-62 Townsend Street, Dublin 
2, Ireland at 10.00 a.m. on 30 June 2010.
