                                TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS



1 February 2007: Celsis International plc, the life sciences products and
laboratory services company, today announces that in conformity with the
Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 Celsis' capital consists of
22,483,043 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights.
386,500 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of
voting rights in Celsis is 22,096,543.



The above figure (22,096,543 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Celsis
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
