notification on 5 February 2007 that, as at 1 February 2007, Barclays PLC had a
notifiable interest in 2,665,882 ordinary shares in the Company.  The registered
holders of these ordinary shares are Barclays Global Investors Ltd, Barclays
Life Assurance Co Ltd, Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Ltd.

The notifiable interest represents approximately 12.07 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
