Celsis International plc has been notified that Jay LeCoque, Chief Executive
Officer and Christian Madrolle, Finance Director, have each acquired 50,000
shares at 32p.  Accordingly, their total holdings are now 550,000 and 400,000
shares respectively, representing 0.49% and 0.36% of the issued share capital.
