Annual Report and Accounts
Notice of Annual General Meeting
China Food Company plc (AIM:CFC), the leading Chinese
manufacturer of cooking and dipping sauces, announces that printed
copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31
December 2012 have been distributed today to shareholders together
with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. An
electronic copy of the China Food Company Report and Accounts 2012,
which incorporates the Notice of Annual General Meeting and also
the form of proxy are available from the Company's website at
www.chinafoodcompany.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m.
on 24 July 2013 at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1
Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7SH.
