Chloride Group PLC announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing 
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission to the Official List 
and admission to trading of two block listings totalling an aggregate of 
1,985,000 ordinary shares of 25p each. 
 
Of these shares, 1,585,000 ordinary shares of 25p each will be allotted from 
time to time in accordance with the exercise of awards under the Chloride Group 
PLC 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme with the remaining 400,000 ordinary 
shares of 25p each, being allotted from time to time in accordance with the 
exercise of awards under the Chloride Group PLC 1997 Savings Related Share 
Option Scheme. 
 
Dealings in the shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares 
in issue, are expected to commence on 9 April 2010.
