Notification of Interest


The Company has been informed on 04 December 2006 that The Union Discount
Company Limited, a company wholly owned by Peter Gyllenhammar, acquired 102,500
ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") in the Company.

Pursuant to this transaction, Mr. Gyllenhammar's entire interest in the issued
share capital of the Company is 3,621,000 ordinary shares (or 20.03 per cent. of
the issued share capital).

The Company has also been informed by a letter dated 04 December 2006 that
Pension Services Limited are beneficially interested in 525,000 ordinary shares
of 5p each ("shares") in the Company, representing 2.9% of the Company's current
issued share capital.
