LISTING APPLICATION

The  Company announces that application has been made to the
London   Stock  Exchange  for  the  admission  of  18,768
ordinary  shares  to  be admitted to the  Official  List.
These  shares have been allotted in connection  with  the
exercise of share warrants by an employee of the Company.
It is expected that dealings in these new ordinary shares
will commence on Monday 16 August 1999.
