The Board of Downing Income VCT 4 plc announces a further extension to the Share 
Realisation  and Reinvestment Programme ("SRRP") and  Top Up Offer.  The closing 
date  for the receipt of applications for the SRRP and the Top up offer will now 
be 3.00pm on Friday 15 March 2013 (previously 8 March 2013).
